Totovska abbys
Totovska is modest in size, yet its vertical entrance changes the sense of depth from the very first metre. The world overhead quickly contracts into a patch of light, and space begins to be measured not forward, but downward.
Beyond the frame
In vertical caves, the rope is more than a means of movement; it is the continuing link to the surface. Every descent depends on secure anchors, protection from abrasion and a carefully planned return, because the hardest part often begins after reaching the bottom.
